Sasroye.com Deliver Products all over in Bangladesh including Cash on Delivery (COD) with Partial Payment system. In Dhaka city Sasroye.com take 1 working day and outside Dhaka city Sasroye.com take 2 working day to deliver your ordered product.
You can cancel your order before phone confirmation at any time but after phone confirmation if you wish to cancel your order or return the item you received, you have to pay 200 TK service charge following company policy.

If you are not completely satisfied with your Sasroye.com purchase, for any reason, we will offer you a full refund within 7 days of purchase. *Some restrictions apply.

Need to make a change? At this time, we do offer product exchanges. You may return your product within 30 days using our free returns option for a full credit and re-order your replacement item.
We will process your Refund Amount within 7-10* business days of receipt and apply a credit to your original payment method. You’ll receive an email from us when this is complete. A credit will appear on your next statement, depending on the issuing bank and billing cycle. We do not refund shipping charges.

If your order was purchased with a gift card, your refund will be issued to a new Sasroye.com gift card sent to the shipping address on your order via Courier Company.
